The Challenge: Account for varying occupancy volumes at surface lot near stadium in downtown Boston

With several options for parking near TD Garden in Boston, LAZ was looking to stand out amongst its competitors and attract additional customers during off-peak hours. While the company was not struggling to attract parkers during games or concerts at the nearby venue, LAZ needed a way to conveniently and quickly change rates to increase the parking potential during less popular times without constantly reprinting windmasters and other static signage.

Automate, program and display rates based on type of parker and time of day

System TV introduced its turnkey parking solution to program and communicate rates on an entirely enhanced level of customer experience. To do so, LAZ programmed various parking rates using System TV’s online rate calendar and digital signage software that were then displayed at the entrance of the lot through a weather- proof digital solution, sleek and clearly visible to drivers.
