What is your entrance worth as media space?
Three questions. You get the audience your entrance actually reaches, what that audience is worth at market rates, and a conservative estimate of what you could realistically capture from it.
Drivers reached monthly
26,400
Market value of that audience
$211
per month, per screen
What you could realistically capture
$1,520
per year
What this assumes, in plain terms
Audience: 2.2 vehicles per space per day. If your facility runs mostly monthly parkers, your real audience is lower.
Market value: priced at $5 to $10 per thousand impressions depending on location. That is the range transit shelter advertising trades at in North America, and your entrance sits at the upper end of it because drivers are stopped, captive, and deciding where to spend the next few hours.
What you capture: 60% of market value. You are selling locally, without an agency, and you will not fill every slot every month. The gap is real, so we build it in.
Multiple screens: the estimate assumes each screen sits at a separate entrance and reaches its own drivers. Two screens facing the same lane see the same cars, so count that as one.
Not included: anything you sell to your own drivers on that same space. Monthly passes, pre-booking, validation partnerships. That side often beats the ad revenue and costs you nothing in sales effort.
This is the generic version
What a calculator cannot see is what surrounds your facility. Send me the address and I will tell you what I would actually put on that screen, and whether the ad angle is worth your time at all. It is not always.
